Criminal Law Services: Have you been charged with a criminal offence? Is it likely that you may soon be charged? Have the police or other authorities requested an interview with you?

If you answered 'yes' to any of the above questions then you need to seek legal advice immediately. Until you have been properly advised by a licensed criminal defence lawyer you have no way of knowing how serious your situation may be or what options and rights are available to you.  DON'T PANIC, DON'T WAIT, PICK UP THE TELEPHONE NOW!

Family Law Services: Is your marriage on the rocks? Have you recently become separated? The breakdown of a marital or de facto relationship can be just as stressful as the death of an immediate family member. There are so many issues to consider, particularly  in relation to children and property. And if that is not stressful enough, you may also be under pressure from the other party to make a hasty settlement. If your former partner has already engaged a lawyer that will only increase the pressure on you.

Stop reacting to what the other party or their lawyer is doing or saying. Stop listening to the unqualified advice of well-meaning family and friends. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE HAD LEGAL ADVICE.
